    Marilyn is a 4th year CELA parent and currently serving her 2nd year as PTA President. Outside of volunteering in the PTA she works full-time as Founder/Owner of an e-commerce business. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

    Arlene is a CELA parent to a rising 3rd grader. Outside of PTA, Arlene and her husband own a Childcare Educational Center, and Arlene also serves as a Healthcare Compliance Specialist. Arlene is a Certified Dance Instructor who loves to dance and volunteer her services to other youth dance groups.

    Sandra has one child at CELA and has been active in the PTA since August 2024 when her kiddo began kindergarten. Outside of volunteering with the PTA, she fills her time as a full-time social worker for Children’s Cancer Partners of the Carolinas. Sandra is also a step-mom and is actively involved in the kids’ extracurriculars as a soccer and dance mom.

    Emily has one child at CELA and also works at CELA as an ESL teacher. She has been teaching for about 17 years. Outside of school and work she loves to read, go camping, and travel with her husband and daughter. Emily is passionate about public schools and teaching to build a community. She will be working as a liaison between the PTA and the staff.
